The arrival at the facility to capture the situation is charged extra.
VISIT TO STORE WITH CLIENT
Consulting the client in the furniture stores and with the floor coverings. On the spot coordination of various elements of interior and colors, finding the best solutions.
CONCEPT DESIGN
Concept design is a detailed view of the selected design with the agreed amendments. In it's contained the floor plan with the layout of the furniture, equipment, floors, ceilings and lighting.
CONSULTING AT THE LOCATION
Arrival at the location and consulting regarding organization of the space, color for the walls, floor and wall coverings, furniture and decorations, the position and shape of lighting. Presentation of examples through the catalogs of furniture and lighting, the colors charts and samples.
Consulting does not include making a floor plan, 3D visualization.
INTERIOR PROJECT DESIGN
Interior project is made on the basis of detailed talks with the investor about his wishes, needs and possibilities, after which are done the initial versions. Investor will be presented with 2-3 versions , than after the selection final plans are made, 3D visualizations, lists and descriptions of specific furniture, lighting and decorations with their codes and prices. According to the needs scheme for tailor-made furniture will be done as well the cost estimate.
The price of the project determine many factors so the price will be create after the first meeting with an investor.
ORGANIZATION AND SUPERVISION OF WORKS
The service includes a search for offers from contractors, aid to the investor when choosing a contractor and the organization and supervision of works. The price of this service is created after consultation with clients and depends on the scope and complexity of the works.
MAKEOVER OF REAL ESTATE FOR SALE
Services includes consulting for makeover – ideas how to arrange the furniture, how to paint the walls, what to add, what to remove from the interior to make it as appealing to a prospective customer (not containing 3D visualizations and drafts).
